Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Cinemateum. Because our products are made to order, we follow a limited return policy outlined below.


Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly resolve the issue.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us at:

Include the following information:

-Your order number

-A description of the issue

-Clear photos of the item showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange either:

-A free replacement, or

-A full refund

No return shipment is usually required for damaged products.


Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned to our production partner due to:

-An incorrect address provided at checkout

-The package being unclaimed

We may require additional shipping charges to resend the order.


Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the carrier and our production partner to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

Because all items are produced on demand, we do not offer size or color exchanges.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

-It will be issued to your original payment method

-Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
